Looking for a different kind of first date? Join us for an evening of clay, connection, and creative sparks.
In this playful handbuilding workshop, you’ll rotate through a series of short “mini-dates” while creating small clay pieces together. Each round invites you to collaborate — co-creating a vessel, sculpting a shared form, or responding to a simple creative prompt. No pottery experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
Working with clay has a way of softening conversation. As your hands shape and mould, the pressure to perform melts away, making space for genuine connection, laughter, and unexpected chemistry.
The second part of the evening is for learning to create your own mug and we’ll take care of firing and glazing your mug — a keepsake of the moment something began (or at the very least, a good story).
All materials provided. Two glasses of wine, fun vibes and all round happy atmosphere included. Firing of your finished mug included.
Come solo. Leave with sparks — and a handmade piece to remember it by.
This workshop takes place on Friday, 20.03.2026 6-8:30PM
Please note this course will be held at our new studio at 139 Buxton Street, Mount Hawthorn.
**Please select your workshop date and time carefully. We DO NOT refund or reschedule workshop bookings. No replacement classes will be provided for those missed. We suggest putting your booked class in your calendar so you won’t forget about it, as we do not always send reminders.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.
