5-Week Intermediate Course JULY 2025
This course is for intermediate throwers who want to advance their skill set (we recommend having done at least one or two of the 7 week courses). The course will run for 5 consecutive weeks on a Saturday afternoon 1:30-4:30pm. This course will incorporate throwing larger bowls and learning how to utilise ribs for shaping; throwing jugs/larger cylinders as well as making spouts and pulling handles; trimming pieces and glazing finished pieces.
Our hands-on approach ensures that everyone will progress and have a good time during these 5 weeks and be able to take home the creations made in this course, as well as new learned intermediate skills to further their wheel throwing practice.
A 10kg bag of white stoneware clay is included in the price. All other tools/materials provided including the firing of your pieces. You will get up to 5 finished ceramic pieces out of this class. Please bring along an apron or clothing that can get dirty.
Course starts Saturday 12.07.2025, finishes 9.08.2025
** Please select your workshop date and time carefully. We DO NOT refund or reschedule workshop bookings. No replacement classes will be provided for those missed. We suggest putting your booked class in your calendar so you won’t forget about it, as we do not always send reminders.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.
