Sgraffito - Carve your platter! (11th DECEMBER 6-8:30PM)

A$115.00

Sgraffito (in Italian "to scratch") is a decorating pottery technique produced by applying layers of colour or colours (coloured slips) to leather hard pottery and then scratching off parts of the layer(s) to create contrasting images, patterns and texture and reveal the clay color underneath. Join us for an evening of learning the sgraffito technique to design and apply a unique decoration to a platter provided by us.

Materials included as well as getting your platter completely fired (thin layer of clear glaze applied to show your unique design) included. You will be able to pick up your finished platter around 3 weeks after the workshop!

This workshop takes place on Thurasday, 11th December 6-8:30PM

**Please select your workshop date and time carefully. We DO NOT refund or reschedule workshop bookings. No replacement classes will be provided for those missed. We suggest putting your booked class in your calendar so you won’t forget about it, as we do not always send reminders.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.
